Kevin Kirkpatrick
2012 President-elect

(317) 595-2100 or kevin@prudentialindiana.com

Kevin is the managing member, president and principal broker of Prudential Indiana Realty Group, LLC, the largest Prudential franchise in Indiana and 14th largest out of 6,000 Prudential franchises in the U.S.

Since co-founding the once Century 21 Realty Group office in Indianapolis in 1980, Kirkpatrick witnessed the office elevated to “#1 Century 21 Office in the World”.  In 2008, this individual office produced over $400 million in gross sales.  In 1998, Kirkpatrick co-founded Realty Group Companies to expand the brand throughout central and southern Indiana. In 2009, the combined production of all 15 Realty Group offices reached $800 million in residential and commercial real estate sales volume.

MIBOR has been the beneficiary of Kirkpatrick’s leadership in a number of ways.  He was President in 2007, also serving on the Finance, Arbitration, Ethics and Risk Reduction committees.  One colleague described his contributions as “possibly one of the most unique and far-reaching by a President in recent memory.”  By leading the effort to rebrand MIBOR’s listing service to the Broker Listing Cooperative®, Kirkpatrick’s work was instrumental in preparing the BLC® for brand promotion beyond the scope of MIBOR.  Kirkpatrick has also been an active member of the Economic Development Council (2007-2009), the BLC® Policy committee (2007-present) and as MPAC Trustee (2008-2009)

IAR has also been the beneficiary of Kirkpatrick’s leadership.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors, is a state REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Trustee and member of the Finance committee.
