During this class, Bruce will discuss the foundation of the Professional Standards process and the Code of Ethics, and give a review of the latest changes to the Code. Specifically, he will offer advanced training on how to write quality Findings of Fact and advanced training for Hearing Panel Chairpersons.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone and everyone! While the Professional Standards Training has traditionally been aimed at members of local REALTOR® board/association BODs, and Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, the class also fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) quadrennial ethics training requirement. Stay up-to-date in the highest of service to your clients.
Two (2) mandatory and four (4) elective CE credits may be earned for completion of this class.
About Bruce
As an attorney and REALTOR® who has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years, Bruce will use his experience to bring meaning to the study of Professional Standards. It is his know-how coupled with his wit, however, that past students say make his classes come alive.
Bruce has been named Educator of the Year by both the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and NAR.
