Qualificatons
To obtain a broker's real estate license in Indiana, you are required by the Indiana Real Estate Commission (IREC) to...
- Be an active Salesperson for 1 year prior to getting your Broker's license.
- Complete a 54-hour pre-licensing education program.
- Take and pass the school's two examinations.
- Take and pass the Indiana State Real Estate Broker examination.
- Apply for your Indiana Real Estate Broker's License.
Once you've met these requirements, you must take and pass the state managing broker's license exam.
Course Information

Tue/Thu; 6:30 - 9:30 pm
- Attendance is mandatory and will be taken for each class
- Each exam counts as an attendance credit (class 9 & 18)
- Tuition includes camera and headset. No substitute equipment is allowed.

- Texts and a PowerPoint booklet for each class delivered on CD
Tuition
The course cost is $565 and includes the tuition, text and study materials, classroom connection and technology package (camera and headset). The student will keep the technology package. Think of how much time, gas and inconvenience this course offering will save you.
Want to retake the RECP Broker Course? A non-refundable retake fee of $95 is available to applicants who have not successfully completed the course. The retake must be taken within one year after the initial enrollment.
