
The Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) is pleased to announce that Bruce Aydt and Lynn Madison will lead this year's annual Professional Standards Training, making five stops around the state in 2013.
About the Class: This class will cover the foundation of the Professional Standards process and the latest changes to the Code of Ethics. Class will provide advanced training on how to write quality Findings of Fact and high-level training for Hearing Panel Chairpersons.

Who Should Attend? Anyone and everyone! While the Professional Standards Training has traditionally been aimed at members of local REALTOR® board/association BODs, and Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, the class also fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) quadrennial ethics training requirement.

Registration: Course is complimentary but there will be a $15 fee for all attendees who would like six hours of continuing education credits (two mandatory and four elective credits). Lynn Madison ABR, BPOR, SFR 2011 REALTOR® of the Year - Illinois Association of REALTORS® www.madisonseminars.com Lynn has been a speaker at the NAR convention for over a decade and has spoken to REALTORS® in over 30 states. Lynn has been active in developing and delivering Illinois' continuing education programs since 1992. As an Instructor for REBAC's ABR program, Lynn not only conducts the program nationwide, she is involved in its development and instructor certification program. Lynn wrote the REBAC BPOR course and co-authored the SFR Certification program as well. In 2004 she was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame. |

Bruce’s involvement with the National Association of REALTORS® includes past chair of the Professional Standards Committee, Legal Action Committee, Interpretations Subcommittee, State Leadership Forum and Procuring Cause Workgroup. He has also been named Educator of the Year by both NAR and the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and was presented with the 2012 NAR Distinguished Service Award.
